In case there is no embassy for attestation of documents in the country of origin, , then the person as per the mandate of law, the person  is required to get the documents notarized from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the originating country . Thereafter, the papers have to be sent to the Nation in which the embassy is located and has the authority and jurisdiction to verifythe papers. After getting the papers notarized from the Embassy the original country, the papersare to be given to the Embassy where it needs to be apostilled with set fees and Identity proof.
